Our delivery timeline is:

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days

  • Royal Mail delivery: 4–6 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days.

6. Do you offer express delivery?

No.
We currently ship all orders via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

7. Do you ship outside the UK?

No.
At this time, we only deliver to UK addresses.

8. Can I return a product?

Yes. Most unused, unopened items can be returned within:

  • 30 days for general returns

  • 14 days for unwanted items under the Shipping Policy

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Live plants

  • Decking that has been installed

  • Used/opened planters

  • Opened bags/sachets of compost, stones, aggregates

  • Custom / made-to-order products

9. What if my order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

10. How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.

11. Are my payment details secure?

Yes.
Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

We never store or access your card details.
